Tamara Jewett
Professional Triathlete
Tamara Jewett is a two-time Ironman 70.3 winner. In December of 2022 she ran 1:14:05 to take second at IM 70.3 Indian Wells-La Quinta—a record time in the sport. A former high-performance middle-distance track star, Tamara moved to triathlon in 2018, turning pro in 2019. She was ninth at the 70.3 World Championships in 2022. In her non-athletic life, Tamara worked as a tax lawyer at a major corporate law firm in Toronto, Torys LLP, until the fall of 2022, when she decided to step away from law and focus exclusively on triathlon until she reaches her goals in the sport. She lives and trains in Uxbridge, ON.
Leith Drury

Leith Drury is a high-performance sport psychology consultant practicing in Toronto. As a world champion age-group triathlete with a doctorate in sport psychology, she has studied, trained, and lived high performance and greatly enjoys learning and coaching in the world of sport. Leith coaches athletes to maximize their performance potential and engages with coaches to enhance the impact of their leadership. Dr. Drury has worked with athletes who have won Olympic gold medals, been Paralympians, and with teams who have become CIS champions. Her Sport clients also include many developmental athletes in a wide variety of both individual and team sports.

Kevin has been working in the endurance sport world for 11 years and competing as an athlete for 21 years. He is the owner of GetFasterGoFurther Coaching. Kevin is motivated by helping athletes achieve race distances and times that they never thought possible, through consistent, focused and balanced training. Outside of triathlon Kevin enjoys having a beer and talking about triathlon :)
Darian Silk | Team Atomica
Triathlon Coach, Exercise Physiologist
Darian Silk completed his first triathlon in 1997 and has been involved in endurance sports ever since. He has undergraduate and graduate degrees in exercise physiology and was a member of the USATriathlon Elite Coach Mentorship Program at the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. Darian is also certified as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and a High-Performance Specialist by the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology.In addition to coaching for Team Atomica Performance Darian also teaches exercise science courses at the University of Guelph-Humber and Humber College and is a regular contributor to Triathlon Magazine Canada.

Phaedra Kennedy has been coaching in the endurance world since 2014. She is the owner of PK Performance Coaching. She is a triathlon, run and strength coach. Creating training plans that integrate sport and athlete specific strength work is her jam. She believes that the right amount of bikes is always N+1 and that there is no such thing as too many pairs of running shoes.

Ayesha Rollison | Team Atomica
Triathlon Coach, Engineer
Being n engineer as well as a former professional triathlete and Elite National Triathlon Team member, Ayesha brings dedication and experience to her coaching career. She has a remarkable ability to connect with athletes and understand the biomechanics which may be holding them back from achieving their full potential. Although her long-time focus was short course, she has raced professionally on all the major triathlon circuits in North America, from ITU World Cups to Ironman. She has podiumed nationally and internationally at most triathlon distances including a World Championships in the Pro Aquathlon event. Since turning her efforts to coaching and launching Team Atomica in 2009, Ayesha has built a team of 8 coaches who have helped athletes achieve their own endurance sport goals from 5km open water swim races to conquering Kona.

Miranda Tomenson has been working in the endurance sports world since 2007 and is the owner of Tomenson Performance & Wellness. Miranda enjoys working with adult recreational and high level athletes to reach their goals. One of Miranda’s passions is helping adult athletes improve their swim technique and fitness. Miranda likes to break down the swim stroke in easy to understand pieces so that it is easier to make changes that will lead to improvement.
