Elizabeth completed her 101st Ironman at Ironman Cozumel in November just 9 weeks after completing her 100th at Ironman Wisconsin in September. 101 Ironman races all over the world and she started at age 46! Along with her love of Ironman triathlon and travel, Elizabeth is very accomplished in business. She is currently the CEO for the Downtown Surrey Business Improvement Association, where she continues to contribute and collaborate in the new buildout of Surrey City Centre. Previously she was General Manager for a large land development company; Executive Director with the Tri Cities Chamber of Commerce and co-owned and operated several small businesses in tourism and retail in the early stages of her working career.

Leith Drury is a high-performance sport psychology consultant practicing in Toronto. As a world champion age-group triathlete with a doctorate in sport psychology, she has studied, trained, and lived high performance and greatly enjoys learning and coaching in the world of sport. Leith coaches athletes to maximize their performance potential and engages with coaches to enhance the impact of their leadership. Dr. Drury has worked with athletes who have won Olympic gold medals, been Paralympians, and with teams who have become CIS champions. Her Sport clients also include many developmental athletes in a wide variety of both individual and team sports.
Artist, Producer, Author, Multisport Athlete
Vivian Chong is an artist, producer, author, and multi sport athlete. She is the author of the book Dancing After Ten (finalist for the 2020 Toronto Book award), a graphic novel that follows her journey of vision loss after an allergic reaction to Ibuprofen 14 years ago. The allergic reaction caused toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) that scarred her skin and the surface of her corneas. Vivian is an athlete that enjoys a variety of sports including pool swimming, open water swimming, running, and stand up paddle boarding. In 2018 Vivian did her first triathlon at the Barrie triathlon. In 2019 she did Lakeside and Gravenhurst and in 2021 she was back at it again, doing Gravenhurst for a second time.

Alfred is active as an Ironman triathlete and lives in Toronto with Anna, his wife of almost 30 years, and their two daughters Taylor and MJ. In September Alfred completed his first Ironman at Ironman Maryland, something he had been working towards for several years. Recently Alfred wrote about his Ironman journey and what it taught him about leadership in the business world.
Alfred’s personal and professional life is driven by a single, simple premise: We are placed on earth to help others. Currently he is the Executive Director of the Centre for Immigrant and Community Services, a community service agency that has served the needs of newcomers in Toronto and York Region for over 50 years, employing over 140 staff that speak more than 20 languages. Beyond his professional life and his triathlon training, Alfred is also an experienced motivational speaker and an artist (writer and musician) and tirelessly promotes awareness and fights stigma on issues relating to mental wellness.

Dr. Trenholm moved to Muskoka in 2003, after completing his residency in Family Medicine, Obstetrics and Emergency Medicine at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine.
After rediscovering his love for being active, and having found an interest in the sport of triathlon, he decided to incorporate this personal passion with a professional interest in Sports Medicine. This exciting field of medicine builds on his strong foundation of anatomy and biomechanics that he gained from completing a Masters of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University.
